Donate used instruments to OPS kids!

KVNO Radio's "Kids in Concert" runs through August 31st. This Public Service Initiative encourages people in our community to donate their used musical instruments to Omaha Public Schools (OPS) students whose families are unable to provide them. OPS will rehabilitate and distribute the instruments to deserving students. You can help by taking your unneeded instruments to one of the following locations:

OPS Teacher Administration Center (TAC) at 3215 Cuming Street, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Bookworm at Countryside Village at 87th and Pacific Streets

Additional drop-off sites in other parts of the city are needed. More information is available by contacting Ms. June Nelson at 557-2443. Donations are tax deductible.

Maestro Thomas Wilkins generously recorded the PSAs for this fantastic community initiative. Listen and view all of them HERE. Just scroll down and enjoy!
